Working Principle

Stainless Steel Food Powder Round Vibrating Screen can be used for the screening of food industry like milk powder, featuring high screening accuracy, high screening efficiency, low noise, and a simple structure. It is suitable for the screening and filtration of particles, powders, liquids, and other chemical materials.
The vibrating screen uses the vibrating motor as the excitation source. At the upper and lower ends of the motor, there are eccentric hammers installed, which convert the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical or inclined motion, enabling the materials to move in a circular motion on the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends of the motor, the materials can be evenly distributed on the screen surface, thereby improving the screening accuracy.
