Working principle

KP Tumbler screen machine is a multi-purpose high-efficiency new screening equipment specially designed to meet the requirements of large-capacity and high-precision screening. The motion track of it is closer to manual screening, and the screening accuracy can reach more than 95%. The processing capacity is 3-5 times that of ordinary sieving machines, and the service life of the screening mesh is 5-10 times that of conventional screening equipment. It is suitable for the screening of fine and ultra-fine powders and materials.

And it can be loaded with ultrasonic system and bouncing ball cleaning system, which not only improves the cleaning ability of the screen, but also improves the screening efficiency. So, it is suitable for most fine, large-capacity, and difficult-to-screen materials.
