Working principle:

Rectangle Sifter Machine is a kind of screening equipment. It uses two vibration motors as its vibration source, which makes the materials thrown up on the screen surface and move forward in a straight line at the same time. The material uniformly enters the feed port of the linear vibrating screen, and then passes through the multi-layer rectangular screen to produce different sizes of material, and finally they are discharged from their respective outlets.

Quick clamp

It's available to add quick clamps on the cover so that you can quickly open the cover.It reduces the intensity of manual labor.

 

Vibration motor

We use 2 sets OLI-WOLONG vibration motor, which sells well in the domestic market with high quality.The vibration force can be adjusted by adjusting the masses.

 

Screen mesh

The main materials of screen mesh are SS304, SS316, food-grade net glue. It has following advantages: corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no rust, clean and hygienic.

 

Bouncing ball cleaning system

Silicone bouncing balls can clean screen mesh and prevent the screen mesh from blocking.

It's made of food-grade silica gel that the rebound rate is up to 85%.
