Working principle:

The working principle of Gyratory sifter is: The motor drives the vibration exciter to rotate through belts. It generates eccentric inertial centrifugal force by a counterweight mounted on the exciter, make the screening case moved and do the plane gyratory motion, the materials on the screening mesh will do an elliptical motion with the angle of screen surface. We will increase or decrease the quantity of counterweights according to different materials' characters, and adjust the frequency to meet a high screening efficiency requirement.

 

Gyratory sifter is a screening machine designed for high-capacity applications requiring extremely accurate separations. It can sieve the materials into 2-7 kinds of sizes with 20 TPH capacity. It is used in various industries and sectors, including metallurgy, abrasives, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, food, and more, with materials like salt, sugar, quartz sand, silica sand, potassium carbonate, clay, borax, calcium carbonate, etc.

Bouncing ball cleaning system:
 

Silicone bouncing balls can clean screen mesh and prevent the screen mesh from blocking.
They are made of food-grade silicone material can sieve food,quartz sand,etc.

The out capacity of one set square tumbler screen is equal to three sets drum screen and the screening accuracy can reach 99%.
