Wheat flour is a common powdery material with various characteristics such as viscosity and fluidity. During the screening process, wheat flour particles tend to aggregate and form lumps, resulting in poor screening efficiency. The vibrating screen keeps the wheat flour particles loose during the screening process by vibrating the screen, thereby improving the screening efficiency.

Round vibrating screen has high screening efficiency and can quickly separate wheat flour particles. During the screening process, wheat flour particles are subjected to vibration force, which makes them quickly separate on the screen. In addition, the vibrating screen has the advantages of high screening accuracy, high screening efficiency, low noise, and easy cleaning.
 

Structure & Working Principle

 

 

KP Round Vibrating Sieving machine is a high-precision screening equipment which has the advantages of high screening accuracy, simple structure, etc. Suitable for sieving and filtering of particles, powders, liquids and other materials.

The rotary motion of motor transforms into horizontal, vertical, inclined motion through eccentric blocks installed at the motor shaft so that the material is moved in a circular motion on the screen surface. And the material is distributed evenly on the screen surface through adjusting the phase angle of upper and lower ends of the motor.
